Australian Shipping Policy

All prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Shipping prices are calculated using Australia Post's 'Delivery Rate Calculator.

Items will be processed for shipping within 1-3 days of payment clearance, and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.  If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

For orders of very high value it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use the Registered Post & Fully Insured option (that includes insurance to the value of the order). For more information on Australia Post conditions visit the Australia Post web site. You will need to sign for any package that is sent by registered post. IF YOU CHOOSE AN UNINSURED OPTION, SHIPPING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Items can be picked up by prior arrangement.  If you wish to use your own courier account, you need to arrange for the collection of your order from Nat Kitzelman by your courier.  We will provide you or your courier with a date for collection.

In the event that you are utilizing your own carrier, then all liability will pass from Nat Kitzelman to you on collection of the shipment.

International Shipping Policy

Nat Kitzelman ships goods Australia wide and internationally. Shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, size and weight - exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Shipping prices are calculated using Australia Post Postage Assessment Calculator. International shipping times are estimated at around 10 business days.

Packaging

Recycled and recyclable packaging will be used such as Australia Post cardboard boxes.  Gift wrapping uses cardboard boxes and printed paper – all of which can be re-used and/or recycled.  Garments are supplied to Nat Kitzelman from the manufacturer in separate plastic bags, which can continue to be used to protect the garments in storage.  Plastic bags can then be re-used.

Wherever possible Nat Kitzelman limits the amount of packaging. We take great care to package your order so that it is not damaged during shipping, however, we cannot take responsibility for items that are uninsured and damaged during shipping.

Tracking Your Order

If you do not receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks of the Estimated Shipping Time, do not hesitate to contact us, however, any orders being shipped in standard (as opposed to registered) post cannot be tracked by us. We are not able to cover shipping damage on items that are not insured, however, we would like to know about any orders that are lost or damaged in the mail. If you receive an order that is insured and is damaged contact us immediately and we will take the issue up with Australia Post.
